The key to this project is PDA’s and strong database design. siworx equipped each waiter with a wireless PDA running ordering software. Orders are sent and stored instantly. All data is indexed in SQL Server databases and printed on spill proof slips.

We trained all waiters and managers to use their PDAs as information tools, not only to take orders but also to review bills, reserve tables and communicate with the kitchen. This eliminates mistakes. The underlying database system is powerful enough to handle constant updates and robust enough to keep track of billing and accounts for any time span.
